Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 100 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at info@linkwave-structures.com for a return address. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return Policy

All items must be returned in their original sale condition, unworn, unwashed, or altered, with all tags still attached. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Custom items cannot be returned.

Returning Defective or Incorrect Items

To return damaged or incorrect items, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team via email at info@linkwave-structures.com.
2. Provide a photo along with a description of the damaged or incorrect item and the order number associated with the item in question.

Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will contact you to determine the desired outcome. Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 100 days of delivery.

Exchanges

If the size does not fit or if you wish to change the color, you can return the item. Shipping costs will be your responsibility. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Send us an email with a return request, and we will provide you with the return address via email.

Damaged and Defective Products

We recommend that you check all received packaging for defects. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you. Damaged or defective items will be replaced.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
